Goodness, there were lots of events scattered throughout the month of December that never got posted and deserve to make it here. So this post is full of a lot of randomness. But oh so happy to us.
All the fifth graders at Taylor's school made a tree for the Festival of Trees. It was so sweet to see the kids so excited to help Primary Children's hospital! Rudger, Adeline and I tagged along for the field trip and I'm so glad we did! So festive!
This Harry Potter quilt was Taylor's (and most the 5th graders) favorite item there. Rudger was all over the Hot Wheels tree.
And then our car wouldn't start and we were 40 minutes away from home. Luckily they had enough room for us on the bus and Rudger thought it was just the greatest thing ever. :) And then Daddy fixed it after work. He's the best!
We started our LighttheWorld by buying some chocolate kisses and going around town giving a piece to cheer people up. Rudger was the happiest helper and wasn't afraid to give one to everyone!
No reason for these photos except that I love seeing him look at himself in the mirror :)
Mommy school :)
I just really like seeing these two together!
Wrapping presents on the last day of school before the Christmas break. (and yes, I staged this photo...it just made me happy)
Her first time riding in this car seat. She loved it at first and as she got tired, she hated it.
A Christmas visit with Grandma and Grandpa Packer!
My bedroom window growing up was right across the street from this light. I often tell the boys that I loved looking out my window at that light and watching the snow fall down. As we were leaving my parents home, it made me so happy to look at that light and see the snow falling. That made my whole Christmas. And my parents are the most talented people I know. Those carolers are the best!
Christmas Eve Eve was spent falling asleep watching a Christmas movie :)
