love day

The only day in the year where I can decorate part of my house in a little pink. Not too much though and definitely not for too long.

However, the boys were excited to make some heart notes and to decorate them with glitter, heart stickers, and *gasp* even some pink.

A few of my favorites here... (1) Levi knows which letters are in his name. Now we are needed to get them in the right order. Everytime he sees a letter L he yells, "that's my L!!!" (2) Taylor's card to Levi "Levi max cool lago" Love. (3)&(4) Love. Not much else needs to be said.

I'm thinking we need to do this once a month.

We celebrated with our whole family two days before because Justin was going to be working late on Valentines. We had a yummy fondue party. Unfortunatly I did not get many pictures except for when Taylor asked me to take a picture of his Strawberry heart. I love it when they want me to take pictures!

There are so many reasons that

I love living,

love to be right here now,

love who I'm becoming.

And four of those reasons I get to hold every day

cereal

I love cereal. It's such a treat for breakfast. It's the perfect after school snack. And in the late evening when I'm feeling hungry...cereal!

I remember my mother-in-law told me once that she heard on the radio some funny segment about things that decide the gender of you baby. Supposedly, if a woman eats a lot of cereal before and while getting pregnant she will more likely have a boy. Hmmm...I wonder?

Well, that love of cereal got passed on big time to our baby. Except, he's kind of not such a baby anymore because most babies don't pour their own cereal. I finally had to snap pictures of this.

Rice Krispies has been a favorite lately. Some other favorites include Cinnamon Oatmeal Squares, Quaker Whole Hearts, Multi-grain cheeries Frosted Shredded Wheat, Fruity cheerios, but that's when we splurge on cereals. Usually it's Western Family Toasted Oats. (if that doesn't remind me of growing up... but included in that has to also be Western Family Corn Flakes)
