gratitude - week 3

1. Every appliance in our home! When they aren't working, I can't believe how much I take them for granted. (and those awesome workers!)
2. Childhood ♥♥

4. Sweatpants!! (after a beautiful, busy, long Thanksgiving day, I couldn't get into my sweats fast enough)

gratitude - week 2

1. Watching Justin play games with the kids will always be my favorite (I have countless pictures to prove it ♥)
2. New Chess set that Justin bought at the DI! 

3. Brother bonds.

4. Cozy nights at home.

8. Watching these kids grow...physically, mentally, socially, emotionally, spiritually.

10. Yummy out to eat food, it's a pretty big privilege at our house.

gratitude - week 1

I have a quote up by my desk - 

"If you want to find happiness, find gratitude."

November is my favorite (I'm pretty certain I say that about most months, but November really is the winner!) It's a time of year where it just comes naturally to be more aware of the millions of blessings that are given to us. 

Life is a beautiful collection of moments, and I'm thankful I get to experience these moments with my favorite people. 

This week I'm thankful for ...

 1. The cold weather so that we could keep our food cold because our refrigerator broke.
2. Kind people who saw Justin and I trying to bring the new fridge up the stairs and through our front door. There was no way we were getting that fridge in by ourselves.

3. A clean kitchen (and our new fridge and table. wahoo!)
4. Fantastic big brothers. ♥

5. Sunday evenings and amazing sunsets.
6. Those pig tails! ♥

7. This country!!!

8. Gorgeous fall weather.
9. The opportunity to vote!!

10. Watching our gratitude jar feel up. ♥♥♥
11. My new little Charlie Brown tree (and the newly painted island...what was I thinking with the previous color choice...and that we lived with it for five years!)

I'm also grateful that Justin and I got to exercise together and have a fantastic conversation. And that I don't have a large pile of laundry anymore. Washing Machines and Dryers are the best! Oh and that I can take that huge pile of laundry and fold it while I watch something on Netflix :)
