the most lovely april weekend

We had just ended our week long staycation for spring break and it was heaven. So much family time and so much down time, it was exactly what we needed to push through to the end of the school year. Even after this amazing week, we still needed a weekend to recover from the week :) (pictures to comes soon!) and this was a perfect weekend. Mainly because the forecast said rain all Saturday. So soccer was cancelled, but then the sun came out, and we headed to Lagoon. It is always good to end our weekend with treat night and friends!

Now today, is my birthday and this family of mine is so good to me.

last week of february

:: hanging out downstairs waiting for the brothers to wake up + fixing cavities - needed a little convincing but he did amazing! ::

:: less than twenty-four hours and there was THIS much laundry ::

:: and in those twenty-four they didn't get a whole lot of sleep, but they were warm, in fact they were too warm ::

:: mopping the floor so obviously we need to play on the chairs ::
